- Say stop to my inner critic. Stop the train.
- Next, remind myself of the benefits from stopping that inner critic.
- Lets re-focus on what I really like to do.
- I take a 2 mintues self-appreciation break.
- I take a deep breath, slow down and ask myself what are the 3 things I can appreciate about myself?
- Remember to behave with what deep down I feel like it’s the right thing to do
- I’m affirmative.
- I stop being sorry.
- I don’t have to adjust to please people.
- I focus on opportunities and gratitude.
- I try to stay consistent with myself.
- I replace the perfectionism.
- I go for the good enough and that, is perfect to me.
- I remember that buying into myths of perfeciton will hurt myself and the people around me.
- I handle mistakes and failures in a more positive way.
- I go outside comfort zone and I allow myself to stumble and fall, it’s normal, that’s the beauty.
- It’s normal. I don’t judge. I don’t ruminate.
- I’m my own best friend.
- I support mysql instead of beating myself up because it is a waste of energy.
- I find the upside. I see the opportunities. I change my viewpoint.
- I am kind, freely, I expect nothing, I am kind randomly.
- I take few minutes to think and send good vibes.
- I try something new.
- I stop falling into the comparison trapt.
