Learn to feel, to tolerate, to be

  1. Emotions and sensations are just reflections of my internal state, and they cannot harm me.
  2. Learning to “feel my feelings” takes practice, and the more I do it, the easier it will become.
  3. I am learning to tolerate disconfort of any sort, and I give myself permission to not be perfect while doing so.
  4. I am allowed to feel and express emotion, and I will commit to doing so in an authentic way.
  5. I choose to focus on the good, knowing that the good will get better.
